Terms of Service
AUREON is an independent statistical-analysis software service. AUREON does not sell EuroJackpot tickets, accept lottery stakes, place bets on behalf of users, conduct any lottery draw, or pay lottery prizes.
1. The service
AUREON analyses historical EuroJackpot draw data and generates statistical rankings and diversified number combinations. AUREON provides information and software output only. Any decision to participate in EuroJackpot is made separately by the user through an authorized lottery operator.
2. No prediction guarantee
Future lottery draws are random. AUREON scores are internal statistical rankings, not probabilities of winning. Historical frequency, delay, co-occurrence or model ranking does not make a future number more likely to be drawn and no combination is guaranteed to win.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
AUREON is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Users must comply with the laws that apply where they live. AUREON must not be used as an investment, income source, recovery strategy for gambling losses or substitute for professional support.
4. Accounts and guest purchases
Some AUREON functions may be available without an account. Account holders are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for information submitted through their account. Guest orders may later be linked to an account when the verified e-mail address matches the order record.
5. Paid AUREON products
Paid products purchase access to AUREON statistical-analysis services only. They do not include a lottery ticket, stake, wager, prize pool contribution or entry into an EuroJackpot draw. Before payment, the checkout must display the product, quantity, currency, total price, taxes where applicable and the identity of the merchant of record.
6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds
Where digital analysis is supplied immediately after purchase, the checkout and consumer flow must collect any consent or acknowledgement required by applicable consumer law before immediate performance begins. Refund, cancellation and withdrawal rights depend on the applicable market and must be shown at checkout before commercial launch. AUREON will not use wording that removes statutory rights where the law does not allow it.
7. PRO subscription
If AUREON PRO is enabled, renewal frequency, price, taxes, cancellation method and effective cancellation date must be displayed before subscription. Subscription features and limits may be changed prospectively with notice where required by applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, abuse payment or refund systems, interfere with service availability, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person or use AUREON for unlawful activity.
9. Data and availability
AUREON may use third-party or mirrored draw data. The latest draw information is provided with source and freshness information where available. AUREON may temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security or data verification.
10. Intellectual property and affiliation
AUREON branding, software and original interface content remain the property of the applicable AUREON operator or licensors. No affiliation, endorsement or partnership with EuroJackpot or any national lottery operator is claimed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
11. Liability
AUREON does not guarantee winnings, uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any market-specific limitation of liability must be reviewed before commercial launch.
12. Changes and termination
AUREON may update these terms and will show a version identifier. Material changes affecting existing users should be communicated and, where required, re-accepted. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for security, abuse or legal reasons, subject to applicable law.
